Has anyone taken this for insomnia? And if so, how did it work?
Thanks.

It works well. The main ingredients are Jujube seeds and Corydallis root which you can buy separately a lot cheaper. I got them on amazon.

Likely depends how severe your insomnia is and what's causing it.
Mine has always been really bad & Bartonella we suspect has always been the culprit.
That formula did nothing for me. Only thing that helped was successfully pushing back Bart, ativan, & drinking some peppermint tea an hour or so before bed.
/and I say that on a night where I'm having trouble sleeping - so I suppose take with a grain of salt

Thanks nefferdun and canefan.
I have pretty bad insomnia, but can't take the benzos.
Klonopin almost killed me and I suspect is the reason I can't sleep now.
Will probably try the Herb Som or will buy the ingredients separately and see what happens.
Neffer, how much of each did you take?

I tried it but it didn't help me that much.
Adrenal supplements have helped me more than anything. I did a 24 hour saliva test to see the best time to take them. Also tested to see what I was low in (pregnenolone and dhea). Preg helps.
