Sore muscles. Best thing for me is using my IR sauna. I sit in front of the heaters and put the sore part as near to the lamp as possible.
Within about five minutes the IR already helps most times.
Then after a quick shower I put on either "Wood Lock" or "White Flower". Both excellent and very strong Chinese muscle rubs.

Have you tried soaking in the tub with epsom salt?
