I normally don't have joint pain, but have been in the sun last last several days and have noticed significant joint pain. Does anyone else get joint pain from the sun?

There are many reasons why someone can be sensitive to sunlight – Lyme & Co’s are only a couple. Lupus – Sun or light-sensitivity (photosensitivity) - Painful or swollen joints Check out this site - http://www.lupus.org Steve -------------------- Everything I say is just my opinion!

Thanks for your responses Steve and Razzle I appreciate the site you referred me to - lots of good info. I hadn't thought of that about the Vit D - good point. My Vit D level has been in normal range for over a year so I guess that's why it never crossed my mind. Thanks!

Yes, I will herx from the sun, D3. It makes me feel better in the long run though. My dr agreed that we can herx from the Vit D3 from the sun. Drink lots of water... -------------------- Lyme, Babs, Fry Bug..... Whatever it is, may a treatment be discovered to make us all whole again!
