- It's not meant to be "eaten" -- but intended to be mixed with LOTS of water to drink. Lots and lots of water then throughout the day.
It's hard to know the purity of clay -- and there are other things that can help the body absorb metabolic waste.
Certain foods work just fine for that, too. Lots of antioxidant color in high fiber veggies and fruits. Chlorella (again with that, though, the source has to be researched). -
