Anyone taken this? I already take curcumin and heard Boswellia can help nerve pain. Not really familiar with the others. It was suggested by my ND.

An ILADS trained naturopath who treated me for TBI a few years back strongly recommended this for me. It is a high quality nutritional supplement.

I also remember Tom Grier mentioning that quercetin will reduce levels of ammonia in the brain.

It is a coincidence, but I just started taking this again. I had been taking turmeric and when it ran out, I decided to go back to BCQ. It is too soon to say whether it has made a difference.
