It's been a while since I've had a major episode, thought I was almost in remission, after coming out of it almost two years ago.
Last night I had a pretty major episode, started with severe transient headaches, double vision, nausea that went into vomiting, then vision went into 'scrolling mode', sweats (even my scalp) and then totally loss of the use of every limb even neck, while I continued to vomit.
The episode lasted a couple of hours, and then I don't remember anything until a woke up about 4 hours later. My husband says a basically passed from exhaustion. I did have sad and stressful phone call about 4 hours earlier, but usually if that were going to effect me, it would have within about two hours.
Graphic, sorry. Any thoughts?

Those symptoms sound like increased intracranial pressure to me.
How are you feeling now?
I think someone should have called 911 for you, especially since you were paralyzed.

I felt ok the day after and today, just really tired. What causes "intercranial pressure"? How is this different then neuro-lyme episodes? At least there were no grand mal seizures.

I agree with Carol.
On my bad days my symptoms similar to how you describe. Mostly flare days.
Intercranial pressure can be caused by bacterial infections in the CSF.
Sorry

Had another episode last night, no vomitting and instead of loss of limbs it was more like loss on controlled movement (similar to seizure). These are also like Lyme flare ups and serious systemic yeast. Seeing my doctor tomorrow. Will keep updated on what she ways. Thank you.

WHOA, that's bad. I also agree with Carol. But it's good that you're seeing your doctor tomorrow---not a moment too soon.

Update: Went to see the doctor, she said we needed go back and start treating the Lyme and the systemic yeast more aggressively. She particularly wants to try to heal my gut and intestinal tract which hasn't been doing it's job well for the last 7 years. Says I also have slight Bell's Palsy. I already knew I was Dyautonomic.
Massive Xenobiotics, Abx, heavy herbals and due to my MTHFR (?) mutation's biotoxicity, for MARCoNs: BEG spray...
Did a major blood work up this morning to test everything from kidneys, liver, insulin level, thyroid, CBC...I forget what else.
First day: physically weak, feverish, aches, severe fatigue, head pressure...sometimes becoming transient/roaming headaches.
Thanks for your input everybody.
