Just wanted to get some advice after finishing my IV treatment. The treatment was mostly for neuropathy in the arms/shoulders. My LLMD had me on IV medication for 15 months. The first 4 months I did Invanz and azithromycin 5 days on/2 days off for three weeks and then Flagyl the final week of the month for 5 days.
However, the rest of the time I only took a single antibiotic for three weeks (5 days on/2 days off), followed by Flagyl for the final week. The antibiotics were Minocyclin, doxycycline, and clindamycin, all taken alone for a few months at a time. In hindsight, was this a good idea? I've made very little, if any progress on the protocol.
I had good results with this LLMD when using combinations of orals and bicillin injections for almost a year. Later I relapsed and went the IV route. Now I'm looking to try Bicillin/malarone for a couple months. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Just so others may be able to help, what are your symptoms today?

My symptom throughout IV treatment has been neuropathy in the upper extremities (arms, shoulders). There hasn't been much improvement now that my treatment (mostly with a single antibiotic pulse) is finished, and this is my main complaint today. Was my treatment protocol up to par? Would going with Bicillin/malarone now be a good idea? Maybe someone with a similar issue can chime in.
