I take Quercitin and Allertonic for my hayfever. I'm not a nettles fan. Quercitin is good, but takes time to build up in the system. I start taking it two weeks before hayfever season starts.

I've been taking Nettles for a few months ... found out about both when I got hives. I haven't located a Quercitin product I'm able to take. Most contain Vit C and I can't take that . . no bromelain either.

I have Source Naturals. It does have Vitamin C and Bromelain, but not nettles.

Quercitin did nothing for me.
I'm allergic to ragweed to, but do great with nettles. I drink tons of the tea per day and it has cut down on allergies better than any allergy pills.

Bromelain is from pineapples I think. I read if you have a problem with papayas, you might react to bromelain too.
