Does anyone think that these physical signs are true indications of methylation defects?
Can methylation defects be substantiated in every one of these cases???!!!
Does every Downs-Syndrome person have MTHFR defects?
Does every Spina-Bifida patient have MTHFR defects?
I could more easily believe that the parents of each of these people have/had methylation defects.
But even that would mean that EVERY parent (or mother, at least) with MTHFR defects will have/ does have children exhibiting these physical problems.
Surely, for someone to claim such a thing there must be absolute (or overwhelming, at least) evidence to back it up.
I just don't believe that it's true in every case.

Remember - MTHFR & other methylation genomic variants are in the realm of Epigenetics - that is, having the mutation does not automatically mean one has problems.
It is about how well methylation in an individual in a specific environment is able to function.
Since most people are surrounded by many toxins, it is more likely that they will need to do something to compensate for the mutations.
