I was wondering if little bouts of exercise could trigger generalized body pain. I ran for about 3 minutes (!) three days ago, and then again the next day (Friday). Since Friday evening, I'm in extreme all-over the body pain (bones, muscles, skin) from head to toes. Could these few minutes of running have triggered it? I don't see what else it could be.
I am not treating my Lyme for lack of MD and money. I'm functional most of the time, but now I cannot work or do anything but lie still or take hot baths for the pain.
Your input would be much appreciated, thank you.

Hi Julie. I have really bad all over body pain. I think I may have lyme and bartonella. I'm working on getting in to see an LLMD. I'm also stressed about the financial cost of treating.
Up until a few months ago, I have been really active-generally exercising 3 to 4 times a week. It bothers me that I have not been able to work out.
I did a search for "exercise" to see what people had to say.

I feel so silly for posting this. Turns out I have the flu, with a fever, hence the body aches. Minus the sniffles.
