A supplement called ProArgin9 was recommended to me which uses L Arginine to increase nitrous oxide to help circulation and maybe other things. Other than caution regarding using during a herpes activity, any thoughts on this? Thanks.

I don't know anything about L Arginine.
I do remember reading awhile back that increased nitrous oxide is what sets a person up for MCS. Martin Pall did research on this.
"Nitric oxide is a compound found in the body that has important functions, particularly in controlling the circulatory system (it dilates the blood vessels), in the brain and in the immune system.
However when its levels are too high, it can produce substantial pathophysiological effects, impacting the body in many negative ways.
These elevated levels are proposed to be important in these illnesses and also occur a wide variety of chronic inflammatory diseases and in acute inflammatory responses such as sepsis.
Much of the damage produced by excessive nitric oxide is actually a consequence of its oxidant product, peroxynitrite. "

Buhner recommends L-Arginine for Bartonella...
I suspect the problems with excess NO are related at least in part, to methylation problems (i.e., problems detoxing)...but I could be wrong...

Thanks. I've been on rifampin and cats claw with this and started to have muscle aches mainly felt on my arms after a few weeks - thought it might be the L arginine causing it.
