I am so tired of this crud. I haven't felt this bad since i fell ill with lyme.

Taking detox baths, drinking water, any other suggestions?

L-Lysine 20-30 min. before meals, stops the virus from reproducing.

Elderberry does similar thing to L-Lysine.

Lots of rest. Don't eat heavy meals - choose things easy on the gut so your body can focus on dealing with the infection.

Avoid sugar (as I'm sure you're already doing)...

Vitamin C is antiviral, as is Olive Leaf Extract...

Vitamin A helps heal the mucus membranes in the airway & supports the immune system...

Digestive enzymes taken between meals may help mop up some of the toxins, too...

Hope you feel better soon...

Quantum Super Lysine Plus works nicely. Also olive leaf extract.

I add grated fresh ginger root, and a grated clove of garlic and fresh lemon juice and zest (organic lemon zest) to my te and drink it frequently. A touch of cayenne with open up your sinuses.

Grating on a microplane works really well.

Maitake D Fraction and astragalus helps, too.

STINGING NETTLE LEAF (not root) - Links set

The herb, STINGING NETTLE may serve to compensate for the reaction by calming the the cytokine storm that is often part of a herx reaction.

and . . . a cytokine storm is also huge reason the flu clobbers us.

You can get elderberry extract, called Sambucol, in major pharmacies like RiteAid, Walgreen's, etc. It comes in liquid form as well as in pill form (pills dissolved on tongue).

You might want to think about Oil of Oregano capsules too.

And you can boil some water, pour it into a bowl, add a few drops of thieves oil, bend over the bowl with a towel over your head and breath in.

Feel better!

Glad you are feeling better. I'm starting to make my list for the new month's supply -- time to get a good "kit" all ready just in case I need it.
