I just saw the lyme doc and was given a poultice called Anti-phlogistine for my Achilles tendon pain (caused by levaquin).

All the instructions on the label are in German and it smells awful (my fragrance-sensitivity isn't happy).

My doc said to put it on and wrap it with a medical bandage (like an Ace bandage).

This is a thick, sticky poultice. Should I put it on my leg, then wrap it in cotton gauze before the Ace bandage or something like that?

Does anyone know?

This website seems to be giving the instructions for it:

Thanks. I saw that, but how do you secure the cotton? What kind do you use?

I need to sleep with the thing on and I have no idea how to keep it in place.
