Vistaril-not generic, is anantihistamine that works for me-it worked for my.mom too

She needed high dose cuz she was so sick by the time we realized it

I get by with 25-50 mg. Have taken it 15 yrs or so-no side effects

I add neurontin if pain is bad

As many sleep OTC and Rx can stress the kidneys / liver, be certain your Liver Support is in place. that can also help with sleep in many ways.

LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too.

Thanks for all the great tips. I seem to wake up frequently because of pain and other symptoms. Before lyme I never woke up.
