Is it possible just to ave immune reaction to tick bit and have no signs of infection? Been tested for other tick disease but all negative.

Yes, but keep in mind the tests are terribly inaccurate. And if you were tested within a month of being bitten, there would not be enough antibodies to be detectable on any test.

I was tested about 2.5 months after bite, 7 months and 1 year. all negative. Going to get igenex soon
