Can anyone tell me a good supplement to take for stress?

Having lots of that lately which is not good for lyme as we all know.

Great supplements in link below. The book is excellent, too. To start with, though, Herb Pharm Holy Basil (Tulsi) or Skullcap tincture. And nutrients to nourish.

FISH OIL, too.

Music. Water. Fresh air. Getting out of whatever environment is stressful, however best you can -- or adapting it someway (and, yeah, good luck & humor with that!).

While I do not advise cooking with Teflon, imagine you wear an invisible layer of Teflon and stuff just rolls right off of you !

Also B vitamins can help with stress. (sometimes they amp people up... Individual to each person)
