Hello. I am looking to log my symptoms and see if I can find some triggers on why some days/times are worse than others. Just wondered if any of you knew of any apps/websites/programs that would help with this. Thanks in advance!!

Here is a website. It is a web based tracker. They send a daily reminder in your email. It logs all your responses and gives you graphs. I know there is a monthly fee but I think it is nominal.

The website looks nice. I used a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to track symptoms, lab results and medication protocols over time. I would recommend graphing the information you track over time. In Excel, "sparklines" are a good place to start to see trends or cycles over time. At some point you might want to plot multiple variables on one graph. For example to best understand your response to antibiotic over a period of weeks or months. If you want to know more, PM me.
