I have heard some people take mepron followed by some heavy cream and that others take it with yogurt. My daughter eats raw oatmeal lace cookie dough (it does not contain eggs).
Good luck!

Peanut Butter. Any type of Nut Butter. I even drink a tablespoon of Olive Oil if I feel like it. I have some toast with Olivio on it, or some cheese. Plenty of options that's for sure.

I take either ice cream, peanut butter sandwiches, make a bunch of guacamole (cuz I LOVE avocodos and could eat them FOREVER), or make a sandwich with lots of mayo (vegan mayo since I'm vegan), etc. Lots of choices.... could even do potato chips if you wanted... lol.
