Something else is going on, randi. I hope you can figure it out.
I thought I posted something for you a month ago about high blood pressure .. but I can't think of what the tip was.
Keep a food journal .. just in case.

Very low magnesium will give you high BP and anxiety for no reason.
Orals do nothing for low magnesium.
Topical magnesium oil, best is IV Mag sulfate.
If someone else is there that can monitor you: Try a mildly warm epsom salt bath. 2 cups of epsom, 1 cup of baking soda. 20 minutes. Drink a glass of cool water before. And another when you get out. But only do this if someone else is at home. Wouldn't want you to get dizzy and hurt yourself while you were alone.

I think its bart and or lyme. I do take the xanax for now because its gotten so bad and of course they tell me its all anxiety as well. I personally think I get the anxiety because of the fast heart rate not the other way around.
Hope you figure out something soon.
