so I have been on these adrenal supplements for a few months. I think around 3 months or so.
should you take a break from them?
I am noticing that I was feeling great on them, but now having more fatigue sx in my arms / legs.
I am wondering if it is because I don't take them at same time every day- does that matter?
and some days I have been forgetting one dose and I am guessing that really does matter.
I am taking Adrenogen.
the other thing is one of my drs told me to stop taking D. she says no one needs any kind of "oil" pill and they are more harmful than good. but when I stopped I get all my bone pain and muscle cramps back. so now I am wondering if what I think is fatigue is really vit D issues?

I think it's important to test each type of Vit D before supplementing.

. You need a good level of Vitamin D to process magnesium. Muscle cramps are a symptom of low magnesium.

I would take the adrenal supplement and D everyday. Time does matter on adrenal supplements: whatever time worked for you before.

is there a length of time that taking adrenals becomes ineffective or unsafe? I mean, should I take a break ever? or wait and see if dr test comes back normal?
same question for D.
do I need to be having midset that this will be a lifelong deal?
