I guess I'm just trying to decide if I need to have more tests run or if supplementing with Iron will be alright. I don't have insurance right now, so I don't really want to do anything unless it's absolutely necessary. Also I had these tests run last night in the ER due to heart issues. Everything came back normal in that area (according to the docs) but I would like to have an ultrasound in the near future for peace of mind in nothing else. I also had a cbc run by my LLMD over a week ago with no call back.

My suggestion is to get a copy of the bloodwork done by your LLMD and compare the 2 test results.
If your RBC is low then I would also expect both hematocrit and hemoglobin to be low as well.
A low RBC could be due to low iron or low B12 or low folic acid. Any or all of those could be low due to Babesia or other causes.
Keeping track of trends is important. If there is a significant change in the RBC and hematocrit and hemoglobin from one week to another then it definitely indicates either an active infection of some sort (could be Babesia or many other infections as well) or blood loss in stool or urine.
And the cardiac issues could also be due to a Babesia infection as well.
Make sure to send your LLMD copies of any bloodwork done in the ER as well.
