a friend of mine bought some of those copper knee braces. its black and stretchy. she claims it really helps her pain and mobility.
do you know anything about them?

Went to Amazon and looked at the ratings/reviews; they got anywhere from 3-4.5 stars.
So it looks like they work fairly well for most people.
Have been thinking of getting one for myself.

I wear one on each knee. They help some what but nothing miraculous

They help muscle weakness in my legs. I buy extra tight ones. A must for me.
