the choline one has made me feel great in the past but i dont understand why now everyone is talking about the serine one thanks.

Sorry you had to beg for help.
Serine reduces cortisol levels. Choline helps improve memory among other things.
If you google both you will find more information but this is the basic difference.

I've just heard of both of them as being helpful for neurological function and energy. What abx said above may be the reason.

I wonder if its ok to take both. I feel like a different person when i take the choline one...energy, memory...i thought it worked with mitochondria to make such a dufference
Then i saw llmds were using the serine one And i do have a cortisol problem

You can take them both but you only need serine if you have high cortisol levels.
You have to know what your levels are. If you have low cortisol levels, serine would not be good for you.
