I am thinking of trying Yogi or Traditional Medicinal detox tea.
Has anyone tried these and do they help?
Have u experienced a detox reaction from them?
Yogi ingredients are:
Indian sarsaparilla root
cinnamon bark ginger root licorice root burdock root dandelion root cardamom pod clove bud black pepper juniper berry extract long pepper berry phellodendron bark rhubarb root chinese skullcap coptis root forsythi fruit gardenia fruit japanese honeysuckle flower winter melon seed
Traditional Medicinals ingredients are:
chicory root roasted dandelion root roasted schisandra fruit dry extract lycium fruit dry extract and proprietary blend of licorice root ginger rhizome star anise fruit kukicha twig
would i be better off going with the one with less ingredients if i want to avoid a detox reaction?

I drank teas all through treatment. Yogi detox was one brand I liked.
You can also buy single ingredient herbs and even include pieces of actual ginger root, frehs mint, and lemon zest and make your own fresh tea. Just put all the herbs and other ingredients you want in the hot water, then strain it.

The Yogi Roasted dandelion tea tastes good and it really seems to help me feel better. I don't notice any bad reactions from it. I try to drink it every day at least once. I've also tried the Traditional Medicinals organic dandelion leaf & root tea, which has quite a different taste to it from the Yogi one; it also helps, i believe. No harm for me from that the TM one, either.

I drank yogi detox tea twice a day and I ended up with super acne. Not sure if related but have been afraid to drink it since then

did the acne go away after you stopped drinking the tea? I got really bad acne this past summer and still have some marks. I don't know if it was from all the sun or extra exercise.
good to know the tea has helped some of u guys.

I stopped drinking it in January the acne is finally on its way out now. Think I might have detox issues that caused that
