I'm curious about good OTC vitamins, also. I have source naturals chlorella. It does something because I usually feel strange after taking it and then feel more cleared, later. Sometimes I think it gives me stomach issues. I take lots of supplements and would like to pare down on some of them with combined multivitamins/minerals. Are there any great multis out there specifically for treating the Lyme complex that you don't necessarily need a prescription for? What are some favorites?
