My doc has recommended this for sleep --
anyone have any experience with this?
Did it cause/help with headaches?

Quick, sad story but relevant...I speak to a man in our support group who gave it to his wife who was completely paralyzed except for her arm(due to lyme or whatever you want to label it). Nasal Oxytocin gave her slight movement in her some of her limbs and he said he would see her smile once in a while, when she hadn't for yrs. Just some peace before she passed. I was always very curious about it since then.
Don't mean to be a downer, this is just my only experience with it. I know it's very expensive. At least this compounded stuff was.

thanks, droid; that is interesting. a compounding pharmacy made me some for sixty dollars for a month's supply -- but I am hesitant to try it
