I take it 3 times a day. I am sensitive to salicylates and curcumin in one.. but so far I've been able to continue it.

- For those who have stressed gallbladders, curcumin can be too strong for them (then the less strong turmeric at lower doses might be okay, though). Perhaps a consideration? -

Nothing else in it. Just super bioavailable because of the Liposomal technology.
I've taken it now off and on over the last few weeks and, every time I take it, I flare badly for that particular day.

- I would not take it again, then. It's hard to know if it's a herx, a reaction or something connected to gallbladder function, or. . . .
There are so many other things that are available that can help you feel better, not worse.
What is the main purpose you seek in this? Whatever that is, likely other choices that will play better with your body. -

- See the cautions discussed here regarding Curcumin.

I get turmeric from the healthfood store bulk section - I dip an empty 00 size capsule into it and take 1-2 daily. I've never had a herx. Am wondering if you might want to experiment with some different delivery methods.

It could be killing yeast.

I WISH it would kill yeast. Doesn't seem to for me.

Curcumin doesn't help me. I gave it a good test (8 months). It gave me rashes, definitely not anti-inflammatory for me.
It was also contraindicated for me when I did genetic interpretation on nutrahacker.

I took high dosed Curcumin daily for a long time (few years) because it really did tamp down inflammation (I can SEE it w/ an old surgery area)
Anyway, my 23 and me came back pretty severe on no curcumin. So I stopped it (ran out) but started taking more Advil (not good)
So now I compromise and just take 1 cap a day. The 23 and me taught me moderation. But some (like my dd) simply can't tolerate any.
