I usually have flares of feeling worse but this past week is on another level and feels different. I feel shaky inside and easily startled and a lot of other things, could the solar flare cause this??
I think there is a super moon and an eclipse happening too.

A number of years ago, my lyme doctor told me that solar flares affect lyme patients.
He said that when the flares are bad, he starts getting phone calls from patients he hasn't heard from in a long time.
He also notices some mild problems during flares. (He had lyme himself years ago.)
I can't recall what the symptoms are that are caused by solar flares.

The flare has weakened my immune system for sure.

I teach Pilates and I've had many more cancellations this week than normal. The people who have come in are moving more slowly than normal and are a bit stiffer. I think the solar flare affected everyone.
I had one client in her 70s tell me she and her husband were very tired Tuesday starting mid-morning, which is when the solar flare hit.

A solar flare is a light-speed traveling burst of x-rays and energy, while a coronal mass ejection (CME) is a giant cloud of particles emitted from the Sun.
Both can affect the Earth in different ways and sometimes they happen together.
