Hi <<<<< Lymenet family >>>>>,

I get headaches frequently, and occasionally the Miclonus [sp?.]type seizures.

Have a headache now, it got bad yesterday, and I tho't is was sinuses at first.
I occasionally have a swollen area, at the base of my skull/nape of neck, left side, back of the neck.

It was/is swollen today, and so was the area at the base of my spine[where the bones come in toward the spine],again on the left, near the tailbone. I haven't fallen in the last several days, tho I am rather clumsy. But the base of
spine swelling is new.

Brain isn't helping me remember things, but I think it is where the pelvic bone meets the spine. I am puzzled, because it don't generally have swelling there.

I do get sacroiliac pain once in awhile, but that is usually on the right side, this on the left has been swollen today.

Lyme and Co's can do a number on us headaches and sinus wise, I know, just puzzling this out,and trying to stop the headache, which is a headache back ache.

Had some nausea earlier, which has calmed down, and I have been keeping heat on the neck and lower lumped area on my back.

I take Andrographis, am still using the Berberine complex too, and turmeric. It is just unusual for the lower back where the bones come in to swell like this, and at the same time as the area in my neck.

My mom ,had some spinal stenosis issues, and I am beginning to wonder ,I have the Thoracic outlet issue.

I will be going back to my DR. in May, but not before, unless I have an emergency.

Thot's on the headache w/ swollen areas??
I am not sure what is causing it,but i want it gone. I usually have a bit of a headache, but this is more than a bit.

Thanks for any tho'ts, or ideas.

Jus' Silverwolfi

I'll try to check back after awhile.

Hello <<<<< Lymenet Family >>>>>,

Just checking in, I am hopeful that someone may have some ideas what the headache w/ lumps may be.

I stayed quiet yesterday, and the lower spine lump/knot seems to be calming down not as swollen, tho my back hurts. Base of skull back of neck still knotted and tender.

Hoping it is only something minor, the weather here is odd right now [storms moving thru] cooler than normal], I do get weather migraines.

BBL... Silverwolfi

Lymph glands in the neck area? I think we have some in the back.

I really don't know either. Hope you can have a dr check it out.

Be careful to not eat any inflammatory foods like potatoes or other nightshades. Maybe that will help.

If it is lymph glands i make a tea from cut and dried red root from first chinese herbs that really helps drain lymph and is cheap

But im wondering what is causing the problem and how to really fix it...not just relieve it

Good luck

A muscle in spasm may present as a lump.

You can treat with hot compresses or PEMF.

Hey there <<<<< 'kayak, Lymetoo,and Carol' >>>>>,

Thanks so much for the input, I kept heated rice buddies on the lumps yesterday, and the lower spine lump is better. Perhaps it was a spasm as you said Carol. I usually know if I did something tho' so am still puzzled.

The headache and the lump at the back of neck just under skull edge/left side is still there. I am really wondering about the possibility of the lymph node swelling. Lymetoo,I had not even tho't about that in back of neck area, just off of the spine.

The neck lump has come up before, but this time it hurts, still have that headache, and parts of my back are tender. I do have broken fillings in my teeth, left side, have been watching it
closely.

Just general info', not asking for money, we have had no communication [since May of 2014] w/ the Judge or the VA as to what TxCoord should expect as to his VA disability. Money is tight, and seeing Doctors and Dentist is really expensive.

We have a possibility of seeing a dentist on slide fee, but will be on list waiting, for awhile, to get in.

It is frustrating to say the least, but we can't really do anything else at this point. So we hurry up and wait some more.

Again, thanks so much for the tho'ts and input. I appreciate it!

Hi <<<<< Lymenet Family >>>>>,

After remembering, the easy chair accident from a couple or three weeks back [ chair mechanism stuck, and dumped me out on the floor], I wonder if that is why the lump on lower spine happened.

Odd that the lower bump didn't show up till recently... it is better, altho' tender on both sides of my spine now.

Headache is still bothering [ not surprising now, after doggy head butted my chin], and the base of the skull neck lump/knot is still there. I'll be using my heated rice buddy some more.

Jus' that Silverwolfi tender chin, achy head.

I know thats in my silly body, aches and pains can show up 2-3 wks later. So that would not surprise me that this could be from an earlier fall.

Hope it all settles down soon. I'll keep praying for the VA to come through. Sorry suckers.

Hi there <<<<< Lymetoo >>>>>,

Sorry to hear that those aches and pains can hit you too, a couple weeks later.

Headache hasn't calmed down like I'd like, so staying quiet, except for needful things.I was/we were out Saturday for a bit,at a friends 50th Anniv. party.

We visited a little bit, ate, carefully, and after picture taking time, we exited. it was getting a bit noisy.

I've been resting since, but need to go out this afternoon to get some supplements, it might get switched to tomorrow tho'.

Still think I need to invent a safety cocoon, will have to add air conditioning eventually. Right now it's just finished an overnight frog drown-der, and another storm is circling. That doesn't help headaches/pain levels.

Even doggy is hiding in his blankets right now, he wont go out w/ the winds, until he absolutely must.

Thanks for the prayer and commiseration about the VA mess, we try to stay calm, but it is difficult. There's a lot of garbage going on,sadly, and that makes for more tension.

TxC' is at an appointment right now, medical, trying to get some follow up info' that he should have had weeks ago. It is frustrating for many, what is happening.

As one Dr. stated, how can I treat my patients, when I don't get the info' that they are needing an appt. And the finances-disability mess is a headache all on it's own. For us five plus years and continuing.

We keep praying and filling out stuff, and trying to get info' appointments and so on. Deadlines keep passing. I best not say more at
this time.

Right now, I don't go out much, so i enjoyed the Anniv. event for our friends, despite the headache [or is it in spite of the headache...]. Any way, it was a blessing to be able to go.

Better close for the moment, gotta check on a couple things, hopefully I can BBL.

Jus' me,myself and I here,

Hi <<<<< LymeNet family >>>>>,

TxCoord checked a sore spot on my upper midback spinal area, and now it has a lump. This is odd... weather is stormy off and on frog drown-der wet.

Perhaps it is weather related... I am unsure.

Hi <<<<< LymeNet Family >>>>>,

Just updating more:

Still fighting the headaches, and some Myoclonus? twitching symptoms, I take more Methylcobalamin B-12 if it acts up.

After the easy chair accident, a few weeks back,it seems anything can set the headaches off. I often use a heated rice buddy or two to fight the issues, and take Andrographis as well.

I try not to get overly stressed, tho' often life is stressful.
