I have had lyme and co infections for the past 8 years been on more antibiotics had picc lines, I felt good for awhile, Anyways I was never told about probiotics until 2 years into antibiotics,

Lately been having lots of problems, and I have no money for LLMD anymore, I am on disability and my husband was injured at work which leave us in a rough spot, so I went to a wellness center and she totally believes in lyme so she took about 25 tubes of blood and found out that my thyroid isn't working and my adrenal glands aren't functioning and also EBV is alive. I am so tired can't think muscle pain everywhere, depressed, anxiety attacks are bad, and I am completely stressed out I have been for months my oldest daughter is a herion addict and has 3 children Luckily the children are all safe and my youngest daughter is very ill and I try and help her I have done everything possible to make her better but can't and I no longer have any income to help her, I also am dealing with a death in my family this week.

Anyways I was wondering if someone here could help me to take the meds I need to I have severe phobias due to anphanlxic shock.

I need to take 2 thyroid meds Armour Thyroid and Levothyroxine which I know I have to take 1st thing in the morning and wait 45 minutes until I eat or drink anything, I haven't taken the Levothyroxine yet.

The following are what I need to start:
Adrenal Supplement
Monolaurin for EBV
Plaquenil
B12 shots
Nystatin
Diflucan

Before bed I take Xanax,Benedryl,Magnesium and Flexiral and sometimes Diflucan.

Also I take Tylenol several times a day can someone please tell me how to take these pills how many hours should I wait before taking some away from others PLEASE I HAVE NO SUPPORT AT ALL [bonk] ALSO I NEED TO KNOW WHEN TO TAKE PROBIOTICS I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP

It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I can relate to the fear or meds (and foods) as I suddenly developed new and severe allergies.

First, get a list of all ingredients, active and inactive, in the new meds, and check to make sure there isn't anything in there that you know you are allergic to. Sometimes, I ask my pharmacy to compound meds for me without all the additives. Also, for supplements, I like the Pure Encapsulations line.

After you are reasonably comfortable with the ingredients, add in the new meds and supplements gradually, not more than 1 per day. That way, if you do have a reaction, you know what you are reacting to. If possible, start at a low dose and work up.

As far as a med schedule, I write one up with the times to take each one, and then check it off as I take them.

I hope this helps a little.
