It's www.geneticgenie.org - we send our 23andme results to them, they interpret it, then we can download it to give to a knowledgeable doctor for interp and treatment.
I have such a doctor here in SF who says they will do phone consults but need to see someone at least once.

Someone also mentioned that Tree of Life Ministries will interpret the info for a fee of $60. I think you actually get to talk to a practitioner who is well-versed in the process.
