Topic: Ugh...Need some Help again...Some questions

SO last week I kinda started treating myself. I know bad. And I shouldn't do that.
I was reading up on myco. So I decided to try Oil of Oregano. CaAcrylic Acid. And A-Myco. And Idodine
I started everything Last Monday. I was also on. Cefin Amox Plaquenil Valtrex
Anyways...It started last week with sleeping issues not able to fall asleep.
Than ON Thursday I became dizzy almost my eyes couldnt focus so much. Also a stomach ache. Also anxiety and almost a tremor. Sinus pressure hurt to move my eyes and a neck ache.
Than on Monday bam brain fog. Anxiety off the charts. Now I could fall asleep but the past three nights have been waking up at 2 or 3. Also feel almost off balanced.
What is that waking up at 2 or 3?
IS this a herx? I was doing so well and now I feel like I am back sliding.
Could I have stimulated my immune system to much?
Could i have pushed myself into hyperthyroidism.
I stopped taking everything yesterday.
Any help would be welcomed.

Caprylic acid and oil of oregano treat candida, Iodine is helpful for immune function.
Sounds like candida die off or a bartonella herx.
Do you have any charcoal/bentonite clay that you could take to pull toxins out of your head? Byron White NT Detox maybe?
Or take a large glutathione dose if you have any and see if it helps.

No I dont have any of those. Ugh....Would it be hitting my sinus's this much? Its awful.
Also teeth clenching and grinding
