It's OK. I'm not impressed because it's not refrigerated.
Some don't have to be .. I understand that.

I also like this product.
Here's a quote from the manufacturer of Ultimate Flora about refrigeration:
"...Years ago it was necessary to refrigerate the probiotics and it's still fine to do so. Many health food stores have continued that practice. But now, the packaging has improved so that the probiotics you see on the shelf are stable and safe at room temperature (and actually in shipping as well). However once you break the seal when you open the bottle, it's best to keep them at 73 degrees or below. That way, the culture count is guaranteed through date of expiration...."Posts: 1880 | From Earth | Registered: Jul 2013

The expert at our local health food store recommended it. I trust his advice as he is very knowledgeable, more so than most of the alternative health people in the area. I've begun to use it.

It is a good brand but I only buy in it places where they keep it refrigerated. I prefer to buy it that way no matter what they say.
I also like Klaire ther-biotic complete. This one requires refrigeration. I like to alternate probiotic products every free months.

We use ultimate flora in our probiotics rotation. Our health food store keeps it in a refrigerated section, which is nice.
We also use culturelle on occasion (but it only has one strain of lactobaccillus and no bifido), and sometimes VSL3.

Like Bitten we use UltimateFlora in our rotation. Others we rotate include Culturelle, Align, AOR Probiotic-3 and Prescript-Assist.
