I'm scheduled to visit with a LLMD here in Minnesota for the first time. I have been suffering for around just short of 5 years. I am very symptomatic, feel good for a month then very bad for a month. Although during the summer I'm generally ok but during the winter months Im horrible. I mostly have neurological symptoms since the beginning. I aslso believe my CNS is compormised because I have frequent urination, feels like my body is shaking. But again mostly neurological symptoms, brain fog, thinking issues, anxiety, burning in feet hands, tingling as well amongst many more. Is it a must that I have I.V antibioticsif its in my brain????? I also have lesions that show on mri. Thanks!

Have you had testing for more than Lyme? Any coinfections?

Been tested for thyroid issues?

My IgeneX test for Co-infections is at the lab. Thyroid issues I believe have been tested. I've had multiple blood tests over 5 years to figure out what this is. Why do you ask about thyroid issues???

We have many hormones in our bodies and yours sound out of whack ..

The shaking caught my eye along with the anxiety and frequent urination.

You may also have bartonella ... that would explain the burning feet. Not sure about hands.

I'm much sicker in the Winters too -- have Lyme, bart, and babs duncani. I am bedbound all Winter. Thyroid been tested up down and sideways without finding anything (including ultrasound scan, antibodies testing for Hashimoto's etc.). I've been wondering what the extreme worsening in Winters is all about but my sense is it's not thyroid related. I'm sick in the summers too, but the difference summer to Winter (any cold whatsoever) even if I'm indoors in front of a heater through the cold months is so dramatic.
