I seem to get colds a lot more often than i used to. Is occasionally getting a really sore throat and being conjested the lyme itself, or is it just easier to get colds with lyme maybe?

- For some, sometimes. For others, other times, it seems they have less colds. But, really, it all MIGHT also depend of if a person has had that exact STRAIN of infection before. If so, it can pass them buy. If not, hunker down.
Still, for those with lyme, the immune function can "flip" from what those not LL might expect. One part is just working overtime to find what is hiding and another part can be just too exhausted to work anymore.
It's more complex than just that but all bets are really off. For me, some years, I seemed to have one cold after another . . . other years I'd get off scott free.
What helps: avoid dairy (as it causes phlegm in anyone and phlegm can harbor all kinds of germs).
ELDERBERRY most of all. Rest. Good nutrition. Take care. -

- "Really sore throat" . . . you might want to consider strep throat. I had that a lot . . . over and over due some of my harshest years.
However, other years, while my throat hurt horribly, a doctor would look and say, "looks good" when it would be on fire. They did not know to look at the SIDES of the throat.
Do you have red "Crimson Arches" in the side back? Very painful and seems very common for those with lyme. Not sure if any particular infection is found to be connected but be sure your LLMD is aware. -
