I hope this is an okay place to post this.

So, I know the title is confusing. I was diagnosed 8 months ago and since then have been on doxy. Stopped doxy last month bc my new LLMD thought I was 'toxic'…or not getting rid of biotoxins. So I started using a 'binder' - Chlorella. 3 weeks into taking 3000mg a day and I feel awful. I felt fine until 4 days ago when I started getting cold flashes, cold sweats - day and night, can't sleep so sweaty and hot - even though the flashes are Definitely cold, not hot.

So I thought maybe I wasn't 'eliminating' the toxins the Chlorella was binding to. And hadn't really been having great bowel movements.

Then I started feeling just very 'relapse/herx-y' - so, time to take action. I took one bottle of Magnesium Citrate at noon. By 7pm, nothing. No gurgling….nothing. Drank 2nd bottle. It's now 10:30, and…..just a tiny bit of poop. But really…nothing. No stomach gurgling, nothing. Nothing except cold sweats.

What is going on?!?! 2 bottles and Nothing? I'm going to cry. [Frown]

sorry to hear that... Usually chlorella helps the bowels to move as it acts as prebiotic.

I hope you found a solution

i know that if you massage the tummy deeply (there are some exercises in yoga, I'm sure you'll find some videos in youtube), it helps digestion and bowels.

I use a foot reflex massage, I just step on river stones on the gut points of the feet (very painful though), but it usually works well.

Cold sweats and so, could be toxins (chlorella stirs toxins before binding them)... it could be infections too...

i test energetically, and sometimes I need a HANDFUL of chlorella to get my toxins binded. If I take less chlorella, i usually feel either bad (worse) or it feels chlorella doesn't work.

If I take loads, it helps a lot. But some people are sensitive or allergic to chlorella (like with anything else), so I don't know what I would do in your place (if you have no access to energy testing, I mean)....

I hope your problem is solved by now!

Eeek.

Sounds like you need to poop for sure.

Too much detoxing too quick will make one feel lousy. At least it does for me.

I take upwards of 6 grams of chlorella a day, and it only helps BUT I am regular.

In my docs office there is a picture of how glutathione works.

Like chlorella, it binds to toxins and then needs to be eliminated via the digestive tract.

If you aren't eliminated regularly , then the toxins just get reabsorbed on their way thru and make you sicker. Maybe this is what is happeneing with the chlorella.

I am not a fan of any enemas, but have been helped by coffee enemas. Can you try a warm water saline enema from the drugstore to get you moving?

Laying on the left side helps digestions, and gentle massaging of your belly may help.

My friend swears by dried apricots, and my grandma swears by prunes.

You can do castor oil packs or coffee enemas. A coffee enema will relieve you super fast and you will get the extra benefit of it cleaning your liver and detoxing your body (so worth it).
