A diagnosis I just got. Wore a 30 day monitor and it happened 10 times. The doctor says my heart is healthy, but I do to see how as some EKGs indicate an abnormal wave pattern with no etiology, as well as a heart murmur.

I'm going to another cardi that specializes in electrical signals of the heart. He performs laser cauterizations of these active areas. Not sure what he will say about all these anomalies.

Have had lyme and Bart in the past, but seem ok. Not under treatment. A boat load of stress, and a year and a half of meds to get me emotionally back on my feet. Most meds, that pretty much almost killed me. On no meds for anything now.

Don't want to take meds the recent cardio said would be a possibility down the road. Doesn't recommend much except a consult with the other cardio, a follow up in three months with him, a med maybe to try, weight loss. And my suggestion of lowering caffeine.

HELP Family! What do I need to be doing? Coq10, magnesium, what?

I don't want to die early, in 48. [Frown]

Some really important articles here about the heart & adequate magnesium. Remember, it has to be 3 times day, not all at once. And the right kind for your body's needs.

Hope this helps shine some light.

A good idea to talk to your previous LLMD, even if you don't think it's lyme, they would know the best doctor for you to see about this - and it could be related to something the LLMD could pinpoint.

You might also want to consult a naturopathic doctor before even remotely considering anything drastic.

A ND would know whether HAWTHORN might be good for you, or other possibilities.

Be sure there is no MSG in your food, even kelp or seaweed can cause irregular heart rate.

And use only SEA salt, not typical table salt. Good luck

Stephen T. Sinatra, MD

Search Amazon & your local independent bookstore for his books on the heart.

I would also call his office and ask who he might suggest in your area.

I have the same thing. I was dxd about 7 yrs ago. I am on one med for it.

I have had just about zero trouble with it for the past two years due to taking ReMag and ReMyte by Dr Carolyn Dean.

I also take NOW brand CoQ10.. That is one thing I definitely CANNOT do without. Every time I run out or have to buy a different brand, I feel the A-fib coming on.

You will not die from this any time soon as long as you do what it takes to take care of yourself. DROP THE CAFFEINE entirely.

PS.. I personally don't want them doing surgery on me if I can control it the way I am currently doing. No knives for me!

Yay, here I am. [Smile] . Couldn't find my post last night.

Thank you so much Keebler for the information. I did ask the doctor if he had any wholistic, homeopathic options and he dismissed it before he heard my question. That's just wrong. I will read the links and do a doctor search.

Thanks Tutu. Both you and Keebler stand firm on no caffeine or other excitotoxins, and magnesium. Seems you like the coq10. All these things I will now try. The Mag supp three times a day? The brands. Do you still need your med on these other things? What was prescribed? My doctor suggested two meds list downstairs. Pharmacist sister shakes her head.

Thanks family.

Most of the A-fib drugs are terrible. I take Verapamil and it is fine. I tried one other one and it made me swell up after ONE pill.

ReMag is not just "any" magnesium. This one gets into the cells as it should.

www.rnareset.com (do not buy the RNA drops)

I was almost at the point of not needing the Verapamil but I'm afraid to do without it. I don't need a stroke.

PS .. I found out that trazodone was causing A-fib episodes in me. So AVOID .. and check all of your meds for side effects.

Thanks a bunch Tutu. I asked sister about that one. She says the side effects are pretty minimal. Constipation, liver enzymes need checking once in awhile, and gum health to watch out for with the dentist. Sounds much nicer then the other symptom list she sent from the med the doctor recommended.

Went on that site. I'm sure it's good. Will order the Remag, but it looks a little weird, that Genie lamp, and all. Guess I'm a little more leary after everything I've been through. But if you use it, that's enough for me. ^_^ I will start with it for a bit before I add the coq10.

I miss my coffee. Three days now . [Frown]
