My LLMD tested and tells me that my magnesium is "too low" at 5.3. He recommends a goal level of 7.4-7.4 for RBC Magnesium.
My question is -- is 5.3 low enough to have symptoms? I have heart palpitations and I'd like to know if it's likely due to low magnesium or if another cause is more likely (I'm on meds with that as a potential side effect).
thanks!

Hats off to your LLMD for checking your RBC magnesium levels! Very few doctors know to do that!
I'm not sure if 5.3 would cause symptoms, but I would think it could.
I benefit greatly from taking ReMag and ReMyte .. awesome products! I cannot do without my magnesium supplements.
PS .. I have heart problems and they do get worse if I am low in mag.

Thank you, Lymetoo! You have always given such helpful info about the importance of getting magnesium checked. I always had a nagging feeling I needed to address it.
Thank you for these supplement recommendations! Getting electrolytes in balance seems like something I could use. I have a horrible time with the heat lately.

www.rnareset.com for the products .. top of the line stuff and worth every penny.
Don't be afraid of the cost. It figures out to be about $30-40 a month for both. That is once you get on the full dosage. It's about 1/4 of that for the first 6 months or so.

Do you take any of Dr D's other products like RNA reset, Lymetoo?

Funny....I was just researching magnesium deficiency.
I believe you need to make sure you're balancing other supplements (like vitamin D) if on magnesium.
I think there are a bunch that all tie in to each other.
But, it sounds like you have a knowledgeable doctor...so I'm sure you'll get good direction.
Good luck with this!

Would love to hear more about all the balancing - it's been a while since I've been on heavy supplements and he hasn't mentioned that.
