saturday I started getting a headache. jaws hurt, back of head and over eyes. bad temple pain.

went to walmart, bought groceries and came home. was putting them away when all of a sudden I started sweating like crazy. I mean pouring, neck wet, and face blotchy and red. I was panting trying to breath.

I stayed inside and rested.

sunday we went out to eat. all of a sudden I get nauseous and these little black dots are in my eyes. they move from the top to bottom.

then I get like a tan circle blob thing in the middle of my left eye. it tracks to the middle and floats down.

now I have a blurry spot in left eye which moves. bad temple and over eye pain. feel sick to stomach.

haven't done anything but started walking again. I went on saturday, sunday and today.I'm doing a very slow mile.

I don't think walking would cause this do you?

some stress things going on. jus want to hide in a cave where it's peaceful, quiet, cool and semidark.

Could be typical floaters (for which key antioxidants such as mangosteen would be important) or could indicate a more complex eye situation.

You still have 45 minutes before offices close where you are.

CALL YOUR EYE DOCTOR NOW.

You could go to Urgent Care.

I've been reading and exercise can trigger migraines. if you have not exercised, then start suddenly, it can affect the blood vessels in the brain. apparently the increased blood flow creates pressure.

I walked a mile saturday morning, went shopping in the afternoon and that's when it started.

called my sister who gets optical migraines and she said it sounded like hers. only she gets sparkling flashing lights. she only gets them periodically.

I had a major stress event friday.

I'll call my primary tomorrow morning.

I'm tired of worrying over every little thing.

my sister lowered her garage door opener and for some reason had her hand on the track. didn't cut anything off but it took all the skin off up to her wrist. she's being sent to plastic surgeon.

I'm so petty....

Mangosteen juice is good for floaters and Genesis Today makes a good tasting Mangosteen juice. Are you on high blood pressure medicine? Maybe you're under too much stress and need to be on blood pressure meds.

I think that both Borrelia and Babesia cause night sweats. I don't know what protocol you are on but I have found that Cats Claw fixes many of my symptoms.
