I just took chlorella to help my body detox. that was like 30 minutes ago. I haven't taken anything else yet today. now I am feeling my sx are much worse.
I am pretty sure I have bart again, or it was dormant and came back? can that happen?
I have so many bart sx. unilateral disfunction, voices in my head, heart beat things, skin issues, eye dryness, trouble swallowing, trouble urinating, night sweats, itchy rashes... so many more. al lwere gone for long time after my tx now are back .
is the chloreella making the toxins flush out and giving me a herx? is that even possible.? I am really not myself. it is not good. not good at all.

the most sx I have right now is air hunger I think. I feel like I am choking. like I am under a pillow and need to gasp. is that air hunger? can chloreella do that?

Yes, yes, yes. I take chlorella for the last 10 years, almost daily (or often).
After about 15 minutes of ingestion, I feel something in my brain, like a bit dizzy or my eyes feel funny.
I know this is when chlorella starts stirring toxins before they bind to chlorella.
If I take too little chlorella, these stirred toxins are not bound enough, then I feel worse. Tired, anxious, worse, really.
What I do, I just take more, and more, till the symptoms stop. It doesn't take very long (really, in less than 30 minutes you know if chlorella worked or not).
Chlorella binds to many toxins, but not to ALL of them.
I also add bear garlic (with sulphur) and anything else that tests good. Specially MSM in powder.
When chlorella and bear garlic do not work (not even in big amounts), I add a couple of spoons of the BITTER MSM to water and drink it too.
MSM does NOT stirr toxins, bear garlic neither.
THey simply bind to them. MSM is very potent, really, one of the favorite binders of dr. K (and my dr too). It really gives a push to glutathione.
During my worst times with lyme, I ate that MSM powder in spoons, so that I looked like a normal being.
Otherwise, I would be just sofa bound, or running around like a mad person, full of anxiety, air hunger, whatever. Both made me feel crap.
With all those binders taken 5-6 times a day, I could almost look normal and even talk to people without looking like a total mad woman.

wow!! so please explain very plain. if I take chlorella, it says take 3 a day and build up from there. why did you take a whole bunch? will it stir more the more I take? should I take less then?
what is MSM?
what is bear garlic?

Bear garlic tincture (I do by myself, from root of it) but you can buy it. It is one of the main products that dr. K uses to help kidneys. It binds to some toxins.
I used it extensively during lyme disease, and I do use it still, when I fight candida, or when I feel toxic.
I use it TOGETHER with chlorella. I never took only 3 chlorella pills, as this amount is TOO SMALL. It won't do any cleaning, only stirring.
During lyme, I think I was taking minimum 50 pills a day. Certain days, I could take even a HANDFULL AT ONCE (like after taking off amalgams).
It felt DIVINE, sooooo relaxing. My gut worked wonderful with high amounts of chlorella, fatigue disappeared, brain got clearer.
It took me many months to get used to chlorella, but since I got used, I never stopped it. The times I ran out of chlorella for a couple of months, I started having gastritis again. It happened so many times, that I now refuse to run out of chlorella.
In the last 6 months I'm on the TEsla wand experiment, and my body is expelling LOADS of toxins. I take chlorella minimum 1x day, sometimes 2, sometims 3x a day. My minimum number of pills today is 7 (and my 11 year old daughter the same).
Taking 30 pills is really not a lot. It's just fine. I think of chlorella more like FOOD.

My story with chlorella started like that: I tried to build up slowly, felt terribly, tried many times, for weeks on, didn't feel good.
Then I took my amalgams off, went to the naturopath with bloating, brain fog, more joint pain, you know, lyme symptoms as usual. She told me to make a cup with both hands, came with a bottle of chlorella, and poured on my hands.
She said: 'take it now!' I mean, there were hundred or more pills, a full double-handful!!!
I said, 'I won't take it, because I react to chlorella and I'm afraid of it'. She said, 'take it now! You can stay here, if you don't feel well.' I had to drive 2 hours to go home.
Well, I took it, and 10 minutes later, my bloating was gone, my tummy pain gone, my head started to clear up, I felt more energetic, and peaceful, no more anxiety... It was like a magic treatment for me.
Since then, I'm no longer afraid of chlorela. BUt i know some people that would react VIOLENTLY to it. My naturopath is the right hand of dr. K. She is working with chlorella for decades and can test people energetically...
In my case, the rule with chlorella is: the more funny and bad I feel, the MORE I TAKE.
But I'm not allergic to it, so I can do that. The more I take, the better I feel.

I'm allergic to chlorella. That might also be a consideration.
I've discovered takesumi supreme is a good binder for me to use since I can't use chlorella for metals.

I just looked at my chlorella bottle and it has other stuff in it, which I am not sure i should have a high dose of- like B12 = 3mcg, Vit A=3000 IU , iron 3mg.... I usually cant take iron as it really constipates me, and this amount is for their serving of 9 pills.
I took 3 and felt crazy yesterday. today I just took one just now.
I know I have the gene that I cannot have certain B12 vit- and this bottle doesn't say what B12 it is. this is Nature's Balance Chlorella.
should I take a better// purer one?

I was ART tested for chlorella, so I'm not sure how to tell.

I was ART tested for chlorella (that is how the naturopath made me take so many at once).
It is hard to know if you are allergic, but if you are, taking LOADS can be pretty bad.
I use PURE CHLORELLA only.
And most of the stuff I take is PURE, NOT MIXED. I learned that during lyme.
Only taking ONE SUBSTANCE AT A TIME, you may KNOW if you react or not. Mixed products rarely work for me, because in the end, I do not know from which component I get reactions.
Doing one by one is MUCH SAFER, and you learn how to build up on each substance, and EXACTLY what is the EFFECT for you.
Until today, I still buy mostly one substance at a time even though I do not have lyme anymore. I recently took a liver / gall bladder mixed herbal tincture and reacted well to it.
But I'm lyme free for more than 6 years now. During lyme, my life was MUCH harder, so I REFUSED to take mixed supplements.
But with chlorella, even pure, it took me time to know that I could take it. The problem is that it stirs (a bit, shortly) before it binds (binding effect lasts at least 3 hours in my case).
At first, I used the easiest species to digest, called CHLORELLA VULGARIS. Usually, most brands sell CHLORELLA PYRENOIDOSA, not vulgaris.
Since I got used to Chlorella vulgaris, after a couple of months, I could take the pyrenoidosa without trouble.
My naturopath ALWAYS starts with the vulgaris. So does my lyme doctor (both follow dr. K).
Later I even tried another version, a Russian chlorella (forgot the name), and it also worked well.
chlorella is so precious to me and my daughter. It is BY FAR, the supplement that we took and still take the most. It is a complete food, and a wide-spectrum binder. It regulates GI flora, it has some anti-fungal, anti-candida, anti-viral effect.
And on top, it cured my 2 decade long gastritis. If I stop chlorella for longer than 3-4 months, I start getting digestive problems again.
Since lyme got dormant 6 years ago, I sometimes stopped taking chlorella, but after a couple of months, GI problems come back (specially pain), then I'm back to chlorella again.
I hope you find out if you can take it or not. But buy a CLEAN, PURE version of chlorella VULGARIS. If the maker does not know which speciees he's selling, it is probably pyrenoidosa, a tougher version to digest.
