Hello all, I am being treated for Lyme and Bart. Per the use of various abxs, but most recently Zithromax and cefdinir . Over the past couple of months I have noticed there rather pronounced lumps growing in the palm of my hand.
I don't know what they are, but they are getting worse by the week and my range is not as good in that hand.
Any thoughts? Had this happened to anyone else while in treatment . Did they go away .
I just don't know what to do and any input would be appreciated
They are about the size of a pea and each week or so I see another one . The docs dismiss it or just don't know. One felt it may be connected to Bart.
Thank ou so much Brian66

I've never heard of that here, unless I missed it.

- On the skin, right, not underneath? Perhaps a strain of wart? Seems a dermatologist should know.
however,
If under the skin, in the flesh, that would be different. I've had those and, for me, they have worked out over time and since I've been taking Berberine, especially.
For me, inside the palm, they interfered with my fingers, causing trigger fingers and so much pain. -

. . . Over 70 distinct human papillomavirus types are currently recognized. . . .
. . . Palmo-Plantar Warts
These lesions are remarkable for their thickness due to their presence in the acral skin of the hands and feet. The greater depth of infected tissue makes these warts more difficult to treat successfully compared with warts in non-acral skin. . . . -

The book here, by Morton, discusses viruses at length and how OLE can be of help. OLE is also very complementary to any lyme protocol, in fact, I would never consider taking any antibiotic without Seagate brand OLE.
You might also consult a naturopathic doctor for their suggestion of what this might be and what might help. They have many options for treatment of warts and such. If they think it needs attention by a different kind of doctor, they would also more likely know the best one to send you to for this.
The "How to Find a LL ND" thread is in this OLE Links set. -

Thank you so much for all your responses . The lumps are actually under the skin and do not look like any type of wart. They can be quite painful and was wondering if it could be some sort of contracture
If it is a contracture why are those with Lyme possibly more susceptible ?
I am open to suggestions that might slow the progress of the contracture before it gets worse .
Thank you for you input Keebler and is there anything you do to relieve the pain?
I will check out,ole- thank you! Brian66
