Try to relax and get some rest. If you still feel poorly tomorrow maybe you could see your doctor. Could be the flu also.

Lyme disease flares approximately every 28 days. So, mark on the calendar "bad day" and your symptoms. Then, watch for a pattern.
The flares can last a few days.
The flares can be scarey, but most likely you will see improvement after a few days. Then, another flare in about 4 weeks.
See Burrascano's symptom list, page 11: "Symptom flares every 4 wks."
Also, "the classic four-week cycle of waxing and waning of symptoms" near the top of page 7.
Bad neck pain is a classic lyme symptom. So are headaches and the rest of the things you have named.
I had neck pain and headaches daily for about the last 3 months before being diagnosed. Plus, I felt totally awful with lots of other symptoms. Still, I don't believe I had lyme meningitis.
If it is meningitis, you will not get better but just worse. I doubt that is what is going to happen.
