You should do pharma zithromax and Mepron. Then add high doses of artemisinin. Rotate the art withe the crypto. Also antiparasitics, ivermectin, albenza, alinia, rotate high dose. Detox, colonics, PEMF, infrared sauna, probiotics, juicing, swallowing raw garlic in AM with lemon water

First, get a better llmd! In the right hands, the cognitive issues should resolve.
We went the integrative route (traditional + holistic) for my family, including husband and 2 kids after being failed several times over by traditional treatments.
All of us had varying degrees of cognitive issues. Examples were foggy brain, attention (ADHD) issues, word-finding problems, getting lost in familiar places, forgetfulness, etc.
Between antibiotics, herbals, YEAST treatment, detox, drainage support, and MOLD remediation/treatment, we all saw improvements. Do not underestimate the effects that unidentified mold in homes can cause. Some people (especially lyme patients) are especially vulnerable.
