If you have severe dieoff, just step into tx easy. Such as only take 1/4 drop of teasel root in some water or any herbal antiparasitic such as Humaworm or Parastroy, start with very low dose. You can open the capsules and mix the herbs in applesauce and just take what you can tolerate.
Also doing warm water or coffee enemas will help release the dying parasites from the lower colon. Drink plenty of water also. It's a step by step process getting rid of parasites and can take a couple of yrs.
Also consider taking cloves (Hanna Kroeger Clove capsules are good) to kill the eggs. Research everything you can about parasites and their life cycle and check out the PARASITE WARRIORS SUPPORT THREAD on here.
Good Luck!

Ditto everything Gael said.
Coffee enemas really do help with severe die off. They also help with any type of herx, and parasites hate them. You will feel so much better after you do them. :)
