So my LLMD started me on a bunch of supplements already bc she said my body would never tolerate antibiotics right now.

It's been only one day and my symptims got really bad today ! Def some sort of herx. The scariest is my blood pressure keeps dropping to like 88 over 50 ... So not normal for me. I am drinking a lot of fluids but am scared that all

I have been taking are her supplements and I already feel like death. To make matters worse I saw my neurologist today bc he did a mri of my cervical spine.. He found arthritis and a really bad herniation.

He said if I don't start doing Physical therapy asap and religiously that I'll need surgery. Can lyme cause this ??? I am only 26 years old and he said my spine looks like that of a 70 year old.

And how can I possibly do physical therapy if I am herxing ?? I can barely walk now I am so weak and in so much pain. Any advice I would greatly appreciate.

You can end up worse off by taking Vit D3 ..

B complex could make your B6 too high.

Maybe you have yeast .. though olive leaf extract can also work against infections.

Best to start Olive Leaf extract formula with ONE capsule a day, then work up slowly.

Yes, it can cause candida die-off and also a herxheimer reaction. You may need a different liver support but, really, I'm thinking you may have started too many supplements at once and taken too many of them for the first day.

Best to start one at a time, one capsule to see how you do first. For now, good food, assertive rest, water, more rest should help. tomorrow should be better as you slow down the approach.

Re: physical therapy. Do not let anyone guide or touch you who is not thoroughly lyme literate. This really matters. Ask your LLMD for referral but you can do a lot very GENTLY on your own for right now until you are ready for more.

The herniation should be mentioned to your LLMD. It may be that the inflammation from that will recede some as you get onto even this start of a treatment plan.

Be sure not to irritate your neck / spine. Easy goes it, very, very easy.
