Anyone get a midline and how did it go? Any complications?

I'm still trying to figure out midline VS PICC and the research indicates that PICCs do have more complications, especially blood clotting. However, midline has higher risk of vein inflammation because the medicine goes into peripheral vein instead of larger, central vein. Midline also has higher risk of infiltration but lower risk of infection.
