Failed the baking soda test. Can't figure out if lyme is causing this or the meds that are treating it (not as regular as in the past, so could that be it?)
If it is meds, then more will make it worse. If not, then I should be taking digestive enzymes probably.
And why would it make any difference whether the apple cider vinegar was pasteurized? That is sometimes patient-suggested instead of digestive enzymes.

The wide -ranging health properties are in raw, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar. Pasteurised vinegar is diluted and some of the health properties are lost.
It needs to be raw in order to have the 'mother', which is responsible for most of those health benefits. Organic raw unpasteurised ACV is the top choice and the bottle needs to be shaken before each use to distribute the mother.
