I am wondering anyone on here can take a look at my rash I had last year. I have discussed my story on my earlier posts in this forum, and in the Seeking a doctor forum.
Anyway, I want to share this picture to see if anyone can try to identify it. Or, let me know if they agree that it could have been an Erythema Migrans rash.
I went to the doctor when this happened in April 2015. My GP didn't know what it was, but she was sure it wasn't associated with any kind of spider bite.
It didn't hurt,itch,or drain any fluid. It just felt hot to touch. Now, a year later I'm sick with mostly Lyme associated symptoms. As well as a positive EIA and one reactive band (23) on my WB Igm.

It is hard to see. The pictures aren't very good. Had I known that I would be sick now, I would have made sure the lighting was better.
Anyway, my concern is it does look alot like a bull's eye rash. But I was wondering what the little pit was in the middle. I don't know if you can see it, but the is a circle in the middle, like a pit.
It just stayed that way for about a month or two. I didn't even know it was there, my fiance pointed it out.
It just concerns me, because he was doing alot of fishing and Morel hunting last year, and he said he found ticks on him (not attached)

It looks like it could be a lyme rash.
Is the pit still there? Maybe you have always had it.
With lyme, there is often a red dot in the center of the rash. It is where the tick was attached. That dot can last for months. Do you remember if you had such a thing?
Regardless, it seems you have lyme and this was likely the rash you got when you got bitten.

- Especially photo #3 could be. Hard to say definitively. Your test has a positive #23 that is lyme specific. So, with symptoms, etc. you would not need to rely on the photo alone.
Glad to hear you have a LLMD apt. in Missouri on Sept. 1.
Just keep these photos as part of your papers for your first visit. In the meantime, there are things you can do that can help you feel a bit better, too. You might read up on Stephen Buhner's books. -
