So I ordered some supplements back in August. I typically order the same things about every other month.
The website I used was cheaper than buying directly from the doctor or health food store.
Unfortunately, right after I ordered, I got an email from the website owner sawing that they had some hind of important situation that they needed to handle but that I would get my order " in a timely manner".
Even though the site was temporarily shut down they said that they would return ASAP.
*** Now, my question/ problem is that I still have not received my supplements.
***My credit card was charged for a what I consider to be a substantial amount of money back in Augest. I have contacted the company via email and phone numerous times with no response.
I don't know what to do! I really don't want to burn bridges if the company truly is having a hard time and they will get me my supplements soon. If that is so, why no update after 2 months?
My parents are advising me to contact my credit card company to report this charge as fraud. As I need the money back to buy more supplements.
What do you think?
From the description, I'm sure you know that the company is G & H.
Thanks, sammy

- You might consider a PayPal account. I really love how convenient and safe that is and many online vendors now use PayPal.
The vendor never sees any bankcard or account number for you so it's far more private. -

Thank you Keebler!
I feel better about doing that.
Also, I did recently change my email passwords making them super complex and unique. To the point where I cannot begin to remember them yet!!!

- If the product(s) lost are about mitochondrial support, while this vendor does not carry Xymogen, when searched, other similar products are called up, all look very good:
Emerson Ecologics - carries many top brands -

- It may be the same price here as with your doctor, yet it may not. I've followed this site for years as they carry the top brand from ITM - the Seven Forests, Pine Mountain and White Tiger herbal formulas.
XYMOGEN's Exclusive Professional Formulas are available through select licensed health care professionals.
The Internet sale and discounting of XYMOGEN formulas are strictly prohibited.
AcuAtlanta.net makes XYMOGEN formulas available only to patients of our clinic. If you are not a patient of our clinic, you may inquire about XYMOGEN by calling 1-866-910-1567. -

I would not suggest mentioning the site to Xymogen.

Is anyone having success ordering (again) from the site that sammy is referring to?
lymeboy mentioned having trouble (recently), but the sites are accessible again to established customers. I need a couple things, but I don't want to place an order and have it not be fulfilled.

Yes they're back up. I just made an order last week and it arrived this week (a little slower than before).
They also filled my order from August in December, which was awesome. I have been so bad memory-wise that I didn't even remember that I had ordered from them.
I think they're ramping back up, but might still be slow. Good luck!

A new owner has taken over the company, (M's friend) it just took a few months to get things arranged. She wants to continue to run the site like M did, to help people.
When I spoke with her, she told me that she was having some difficulties obtaining a few product lines but was trying to get everything back to normal ASAP.
Thankfully, I got in touch with her when I did so that I could cancel my credit card fraud investigation. She later sent my supplements sometime around December.
If you do order from the site and have any delay or problem, contact the site owner to discuss your concerns, she will want to take care of your needs.
