I've had the double vision for weeks but it was because I wasn't getting rid of medication in my body, just kept building up in blood stream. Mostly happens when you're toxic, are you taking medication/s, it sounds like it could be that if you are.

I took a break from meds & it went away

Glad droid mentioned toxic buildup that can affect vision. Lyme, even by itself, is very toxic.

The antioxidants in liver supports often help in a couple of ways, one by helping to reduce inflammation.

Mangosteen juice - from a good brand - might be top of your list to try. Berberine also helps my vision and it's also helpful for the liver - and anything that helps the liver / kidneys usually also helps reduce pain (yippee!)

Also be sure you get enough complex carbohydrates for the colorful plant antioxidants / nutrients in vegetables and low glycemic fruits like dark berries - but also for the fiber so that your colon can capture waste and move it on out, too.

You say you currently are taking nothing yet just in case you might be taking ibuprofen: That can affect vision as it constricts all the blood vessels in the body and makes circulation harder and toxic buildup more likely.

Ibuprofen puts much more stress on the kidneys.

And acetaminophen can cause toxic buildup as, not just in the liver but also in all cells of the body it blocks glutathione - an major force in our bodies to help move out toxins. Not good to have that blocked.

Many over the counter products contain one or the other so read all labels.

Babesia and b12 deficiency caused similar issues for me. Babesia did not show up on my blood test, but it clearly showed up on a blood smear.
